1. Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, plus the shipping time based on your selected method at checkout.

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you don’t receive it within 7 business days of your order, please contact us.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged. Please notify us within 2 days with photos.

5. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love custom work. Reach out via email or social media with your idea, and we’ll walk you through the design and pricing process.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin crafting your item and cannot guarantee changes.

7. My package was lost/damaged—what should I do?
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll assist you.
