📦 Islandiva & Ko. Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Islandiva & Ko.! Every item is handcrafted with intention, care, and love. Below you’ll find important details about our shipping process, returns, and custom order guidelines.

📍 SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Hawaii, Guam and APO/FPO addresses.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future!

⏱ PROCESSING TIME

All items are made to order, which means we begin crafting your piece once your order is placed.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your item ships. Custom orders may take longer depending on the design and volume.

During holidays, promotions, or vendor events, processing time may be extended. We appreciate your patience and support of small-batch handmade art.

🚚 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We use USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carriers. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

UPS Ground 3–7 business days

Please note these are estimates and do not include processing time.

💵 SHIPPING RATES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—sign up for our newsletter or follow us @IslandivaKo to stay in the loop.

📬 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days of your order, please contact us directly.

📦 LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Islandiva & Ko. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and make it right.

🔄 RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll work with you on a replacement or solution.

✨ CUSTOM ORDERS

We love bringing your ideas to life! Custom orders are welcome and encouraged. Please allow additional time for processing and communication.

Here’s how to order custom:

  1. Message us via email or social media with your idea.

  2. We’ll confirm design details, pricing, and estimated turnaround time.

  3. Once confirmed, payment is required upfront before production begins.

Please note:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.

  • We may feature your design in our portfolio or shop unless you request otherwise.
