1. Products

All products are handmade, which means slight variations may occur. This uniqueness is part of their charm and not considered defects.

2. Payment

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure payment options through our website. Full payment is required before orders are processed.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we begin production and cannot issue a cancellation.

4. Shipping

We are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages once handed to the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued for damaged items reported within 3 days of delivery with supporting photo documentation.

6. Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable. We reserve the right to feature custom designs in our shop or portfolio unless otherwise requested.

All content, designs, and products from Islandiva & Ko. are the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without written permission.
